We recently discovered mold in our garage. I received 3 quotes from 3 different companies but trusted Mike the most. He was honest and fair with his quote to remove the mold and I didn't feel like I was being scammed. They said they could start the job quickly and they did just that. Jose and his assistant did the work and it was done in the timeframe they quoted and their work was so so clean and efficient. They were kind, knowledgeable and very conscious to cause as least disruption as possible when doing their work. I had a flood in one of my bathrooms recently and was worried my DIY mold prevention didn't work so I messaged Renovo here on Yelp. Mike and his trainee Vincent just left my home. They were thorough and best of all- honest. The crawl space and previously flooded areas were inspected where they found NO moisture readings or any signs of concern. Mike showed me a few mold prevention products I can purchase that are pet-safe as the products I used were not (DIY mistake). I appreciate the honesty and professionalism! Thank you guys.
